1. Each clan should only have 1 active main topic and 1 active recruitment topic at one time. There is no reason to have a bunch of topics for recruitment. In the event a new one has to be posted for whatever reason, the previous one should be requested to be closed.
2. Try to use the proper sections of the forum for posting your recruitment topic and main clan topic.
3. When posting your official clan thread you are allowed to reserve up to 5 of the first post spots in your topic, for your clans content.
4. When registering a clan you can not include the name of another existing clan in your clans name, unless your clans are in some way "related/siblings/etc".
5. No parody or "hate" clans:
Any clan created with the purpose of targeting, shaming, making fun of, or harassing another clan or it's players is not permitted, and may result in possible consequences after being reviewed by the staff.
Depending on the situation, staff may request a name change or disband the clan. Clans created before this rule may be asked to rename, but will not receive any punishment unless further incidents continue to occur.
