I really enjoy playing custom games against friends, my partner, etc., and it would be awesome to have a stat tracker showing wins and losses so we can keep score and compete. I don't know if it's too hard to implement, but it would be great to have a history of all battles against a specific user so we can view it at any time—even against people we match with in ladder or quick play, just to know if we've played before and what our record is against them. It adds an extra flavor that's really fun: knowing who your 'daddy' is, who your 'son' is, etc.
