WHERE IS THE OPTION TO DISABLE THE IN-GAME CHAT? I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO OPPONENTS WHO ASK FOR WINS OR OFFEND US IN THE GAME.

There is a block button for that reason, I believe you can also mute it in your settings.

If there is any individual being offensive in the chats you can let us know.
