I think there's something wrong with the win count. I currently have these values recorded on this mission:

Win 25 battles with Uzumaki Kushina. (0/25)
Win 4 battles in a row with Uzumaki Kushina. (4/4)

For example, on the Red-Hot Habanero Mission to unlock Young Kushina I have:

Win 25 battles with Uzumaki Kushina. (13/25)
Win 4 battles in a row with Uzumaki Kushina. (4/4)

I have a similar problem, from what i saw they changed almost every mission in the game.
You need to win less in a row games and more normal games and what you already did, they dont apply correctly on some missions.
