Bug with Mission "Return of a Rival" (Kisame Body Double) Tracker

I have noticed a bug with the character unlock tracker for the mission "Return of a Rival" (used to unlock Kisame Body Double). The mission states that I need to win 25 battles with Kisame Hoshigaki on my team. However, I have not even unlocked Kisame Hoshigaki yet, but my tracker is already showing 25/25 wins completed for this requirement.

(Note: The "win 3 times in a row" requirement is still tracking properly and is currently uncompleted).
