Can my old n-a account be recovered?

I used to play back in 2010 to 2013. I had almost every mission done and was wondering if there's a way to recover my old account or of that's permanently gone.

I know this game suffers from bugs or glitches but I hope they will gradually update the game and keep adding new characters. I miss White Snake Orochimaru Snake, ET Kakuzu ,ET Asuma, etc.

Old era was fine I wasn't in the clan but I knew Kostas Spirit in black. Its a shame they turned it off after years
