The Naruto-Arena Staff wanted to bring the community a long awaited event as we begin to countdown towards the highly anticipated launch of War Mode this event will be an icebreaker for all of the new clans that’s never played an event before and are looking to participate and find another avenue to have fun in Naruto-Arena

Clans will participate in group stage for two weeks and then x amount of clan will be eliminated as we move onto the final phase which will be the elimination phase

Group Stage: clans will be split into x amount of groups. You will play each clan in your group and the lowest x amount of clan(s) per group will be eliminated.

Elimination stage: clans that advance will be sorted via seeding. Rank 1 will face the lowest rank, Rank 2 will face the second lowest rank and so forth

In the event there's a tie in group seeding it will be decided by head to head.
In the event there's a tie in the war and we must advance it will be determined by round differential within completed sets:
3-0 victory = +3 differential
3-2 comeback = +3 differential
3-1 victory = +2 differential
3-2 victory = +1 differential

About registration:

1. Your clan needs at least 5 active members to join the event.
1a. Your clan cannot enter more than 8 active members to join the event.

2. Any war player registered while the event is ongoing will only be able to play in the following week of the event. If you are clanless before the event start then you may play instantly for your clan for group stages. BE AWARE AND JOIN IT BEFORE TOURNAMENT STARTS!

3. After the Group Phase is complete registration will be closed immediately and for the rest of the event no exceptions. This doesn’t have to be announced it’s written here.

4. When posting the clan roster, let us know the user that’s gonna be used to play the game alongside the registered discord name, otherwise we can consider you are not registered

Example.: 1. Cj(Messmer)
Example.: 2. Trash(1600)
Example.: 3. Tobs(Hinata-Itachi)

5. Clans have until Week 1 of the event begin to make sure all of their members are in the clan panel. They are not registered or eligible if they are not in the clan panel

6. Account sharing is not allowed meaning you cannot play for someone else in your clan for the war.

7. Every player in your roster must use their own account. You cannot lend an account to a clan mate for an example because they do not have all chars and your account does.

8. Your clan may register a second or even more teams for this event under a different name under these same rules. Clans that register 2+ separate rosters are unable to merge if eliminated.

9. If your clan register a second or team led by someone else under a different name please state your clan name this in your clan panel apart of registration so we are aware formally.

Event Discord

1. Matches are be 3/5.
2. This will last 7 days.
3. Wars will be 5v5 last man standing war format
4. Each Clan will ban 5 Characters.
5. Bans must follow The official theme of Naruto-Arena, this includes names and spelling. Any spelling errors or errors in name, those bans will not be valid. Ie. Chouji not choji, or ET Tobirama not nidaime.
6. Roster and ban posts are not to be edited, any change in rosters or bans are to be done with a new post.
7. Subs can only be made by the captain or vice-captains, as long as the player is registered with the clan.
8. If a set is played with a clanless account, the set will be voided if reported.
9. Do not repeat a character in the same set [As example: Naruto can only be used once in a set.]
10. Do not copy your opponent's team [Using 2 characters previously used by the opponent also counts like a copied team].
11. No Full teams; Stun, Chakra Steal/Drain, Counter/Reflect, Offensive AoE Teams, AoE invulnerable teams, Heal, Affliction (This does not include self affliction) [Characters like Zabuza/Kisame Body Double count as AoE, Young Kakashi/Hanabi count as stunners, and any character that restores HP is considered healing]
12. When posting rosters: enter both ingame name & discord usernames per player.
13. Copy characters cannot create a full team ie. Ino S copies a stun skill with 2 other stunners on the team, this will not result in a full team. However if a character can copy an ally skill then that would be considered a full team.
14. In case of a disconnection or glitch, it is up to the winner of the game to decide for a rematch.
15. Dodging will not be tolerated, please use Discord as evidence for it, timestamps are required. If proof is given to the host and the host pings you to find a match and you don’t appear active and asking to play within 12 hours you will be asked to sub the inactive/dodging player or they are eliminated
16. If you notice a banned combo was used after you completed your set, you have 6 hours to claim it OR before the culprit faces someone else.
17. Sharing/Playing on someone else's account will result in an elimination leading to matches that have been won to be reversed and partial points deducted.
18. If you leave a set, you have 2 hours to continue the set or you lose.
19. If a rule is broken, make sure you have in-game evidence with a timestamp.
20. You have 24 hours to post rosters and bans or your clan will lose a roster spot and rights to post bans. meaning instead of having to post 5 members you will post 4 and the opposing clan may post your bans for you if they choose to.
