Welcome to the Official Balance Discussion Topic.

This is a space for members to analyze the current meta and propose adjustments for future updates. Balance oversight is currently managed by Dark, Nise, Shar, Ygor.

1. Guidelines
While this is a more relaxed environment, all forum rules remain in effect. Flaming, insulting, spamming, and double- posting are strictly prohibited.

To ensure a productive discussion, please adhere to the following standards:

Provide Substantiated Arguments: Avoid "buff/nerf posts that lack context. Instead of simply stating a character "sucks," explain why. Compare them to others in the same role or highlight specific mechanical shortcomings (e.g., excessive chakra costs or lack of utility).

Bad Use of thread

- Tobi is OP, Fix him please !

Good Use of Thread

- I think Tobi is a little to strong with Kamui being able to force a character vulnerable on t allows him to able to perform massive spikes of 50 for one genjutsu.

Perhaps we should dial back the damage bost he receives hile using Mangekyou Sharingan to 15, resulting in a max of 35 damage and remove the ability to make someone go invulnerable with Kamui Snare. This would make him still able to perform at a high level while also making him less likely to perform big spikes by himself for 1 chakra with a set-up.

2. Maintain Objectivity: Base your feedback on character stats, skills and game health rather than personal team preference.

3. Respect Data: High play rates combined with disproportionately high win rates (e.g., the recent Inoichi, Tobi, Fu meta) indicate a need for adjustment regardless of personal attachment to the character.

- This skill now stuns Chakra and Mental, changed from Mental and Ranged
[Most mental skills are ranged so its stunning almost one type of skill]

Tsunade
Painful Sky Leg
- This skill now stuns all skills for 1 turn, the following the enemies melee skills damage will be decreased by 25%, changed from Physical and Mental.
[Her offense is kind of lack luster, this would get more viability and not limited]

Edo Tensei Jinin(S)
Silent Killing Hammer
This skill now stuns Physical and Melee skills, changed from stuns there non mental skills

Naruto Uzumaki
Shadow Clones
This skill grants 20 DR and when Passive is active 10 Unpierceable DR, changed from 15 DR and 15 Unpierceable
[Once he goes passive in a 1V1 alot of the current roster cant deal enough damage to actually harm him]

Sasuke
Sharingan
- This skill grants 20% Unpierceable DR, up down from 25% changed from pierceable
Cursed Sealed Awakening
- This skill grants 30% Damage Reduction up from 25% changed to unpierceable

Kiba
Double Headed Wolf
- Revert back to 50% Pierceable DR, changed from Unpierecable DR.

Edo Tensei Kidou
The Spiders Web
- Now can't be countered, changed from counterable
- No chakra cost changed for 1 random. His viability his heavily limited cost using 2 characters with preps one that cost slows down 1st or 2nd turn

Edo Tensei Ginkaku
Benihisago
- Now only counters harmful, defensive and healing skills, changed from all skills. Doesnt counter Prep skills and invulnerable skills

- Reclassed from Mental, to Chakra skill

Shisui
Kotoamatsukami
- Counters and reflects the first harmful skill onto a random member of the enemy team, change from will be applied to a random member of the enemy team.
- Skill now does 15 piercing down 10 from 25.
- Increase CD to 1 up from 0

Body Flicker
Increase to 20 damage up from 15

Fukasauku And Shima(S)
Frog Song
- Now classed as Instant, changed from action.

Toad Confrontation Song
- Now stuns Physical and ranged, changed from mental and ranged(Most mental skills are ranged already. kind of a useless class to stun twice)
