Chakra removing skills

These specific chakra-removal skills barely remove any chakra. They should remove a random type of chakra instead of targeting specific types like taijutsu, bloodline, ninjutsu, or genjutsu chakra.

Some skills remove or steal a specific chakra, others that says either " blood or gen " imagine it will randomly pick one, lets say bloodline... if your enemy does not have 1 bloodline in theyre chakra pool, you wont drain any chakra, even if they got genjutsu
