Posts: 205 Joined on: October 29, 2023 21:58 | #1 Note #1: This update will be the Major Balance focused on Shippuden Characters, which ended up not being so big, but we'll be bringing some reworks that will surely improve the gameplay of these character. But before we begin, i would like to talk about Tobi (S), released recently, which initially didn't seem so strong but ended up becoming a nightmare in a short time. We made a hotfix on him that I and the Staff believed that would alleviate and make him less dominant. These changes were made based on the experience of those who played with and against him and what they believed that could be changed on him to reach our goal in that hotfix, but unfortunately, we failed to achieve that. I, and also the Staff, would like to apologize for this. Currently our plan is to balance Tobi(S)'s kit around his Kamui, which is his main skill. We hope that the next change will now solve the current problems with Tobi (S)'s design, and we will continue to monitor him and if he keeps being above of what is expected, a hotfix will be made again.
 Tobi (S) Wins: 4589 (72.77%) Matches: 6306 (8.10%)
Kamui When used on the same enemy target, this skill now will deal 25 piercing damage, down 5 from 30.
Tobi Sharingan This skill now grants Tobi 20% unpierceable damage reduction, instead 35% damage reduction. This skill now makes 'Kamui' deal 10 additional damage, instead of making it deal 100% more damage (double damage). This skill now will only store 70% of Tobi's current health. (Nerfs for Hidden Izanagi's interaction) This skill now has a cooldown of 3, down 1 from 4.
Hidden Izanagi This skill now costs 2 bloodline and 1 random chakra, instead of 1 bloodline and 2 random chakra.
Kamui Rescue This skill no longer makes Tobi (S) invulnerable, only the protected ally. This skill now has no cooldown, down 2 from 2. During 'Tobi Sharingan', this skill will be improved and will also remove all harmful skills from the protected ally.

Jutsu Imitation (Reworked): Kakashi uses Jutsu Imitation on 1 enemy. A random offensive skill from that enemy will be copied. This skill will be replaced by the copied skill for 4 turns. This skill will not copy skills that are unique or require a preparation.
Notes: Jutsu Imitation old version was having some bugs allowing it to copy some skills that required another skill to be used. With that new version these bugs will no longer happen.
 Maito Gai (S) Wins: 16 (30.77%) Matches: 52 (0.07%)
View Gate Release: This skill now costs 1 bloodline and 1 random chakra, instead of 1 taijutsu and 1 bloodline chakra. This skill now will trigger when Gai (S)'s health reaches at or below 50, down 10 from 60.
Asa Kujaku (Reworked): Punching so fast flames appear, Gai deals 35 piercing damage to one enemy. The following 3 turns, that enemy will be dealt 5 piercing damage each turn. During View Gate Release this skill will cost 1 less random chakra and will deal an additional 10 damage for its whole duration. Ends if Gai is killed. Cost: 1 Taijutsu 2 Random chakra Cooldown: None
Nunchaku Taijutsu This skill now deals 10 damage, down 5 from 15. Enemies that use a new physical skill on Gai (S) now will take 15 damage, up 5 from 10. This skill now will improve 'Asa Kujaku' for 3 turns and will make it cost 1 less random chakra.
 Sarutobi Asuma (S) Wins: 30 (35.71%) Matches: 84 (0.11%)
Raigou Senjusatsu (Reworked): Asuma gains 40 destructible defense and instantly deals 25 damage to one enemy. During this time, he can use this skill again for 1 random to deal 20 damage to one enemy. When its destructible defense is destroyed, this skill will end and Asuma will be unable to use this skill for 1 turn. Cost: 1 Bloodline 1 Random chakra Cooldown: None
Searing Ash Cloud This skill now costs 1 bloodline 1 genjutsu and 1 random chakra, instead of 1 taijutsu 1 ninjutsu and 1 random chakra. This skil now makes only the main target lose 40% of their current health, all other enemies will lose only 30% of their current health.
Behead This skill now costs 1 random chakra instead of 1 taijutsu chakra. This skill now kills enemies with 25 health or less, down 5 from 30. This skill now can only be used on enemies with 25 health or less.
 Inuzuka Tsume (S) Wins: 37 (72.55%) Matches: 51 (0.07%)
Dual Piercing Fang: This skill now has no cooldown, down 1 from 1. This skill's effect of decreasing stun effect turns now only lasts 1 turn, down 1 from 2 turns.
 Morino Ibiki (S) Wins: 12 (66.67%) Matches: 18 (0.02%)
Torture Chamber Summoning This skill now is classed as Instant, instead of Action.
 Kazekage Gaara (S) Wins: 297 (47.52%) Matches: 625 (0.80%)
Desert Prison This skill now is classed as Instant instead of Control.
 Temari (S) Wins: 1888 (71.60%) Matches: 2637 (3.39%)
Fan Increase Moon This skill now has a cooldown of 1, up 1 from 0.
Immense Cutting Whirlwind This skill now has a cooldown of 2, down 1 from 3.
 Nii Yugito (S) Wins: 23 (56.10%) Matches: 41 (0.05%)
Nibi Transformation While active, this skill now will have a cooldown of 2 and can be used to make 'Claw Swipe' cost 1 random chakra and 'Spectral Fireball' cost 2 random chakra for 1 turn.
 Sennin Naruto (S) Wins: 67 (57.26%) Matches: 117 (0.15%)
Frog Kata Kick This skill now stuns physical and chakra skills, instead of physical and melee skills.
 Sasori of the Red Sand (S) Wins: 38 (58.46%) Matches: 65 (0.08%)
Puppet Mastery This skill now has no cost, instead of 1 random chakra. At the first stage, this skill grants 10 destructible defense, down 10 from 20. At the second stage, this skill grants 20 destrutibe defense, down 5 from 25. At the third stage, this skill now grants 30 destructible defense, down 5 from 35.
 Human Path Pein (S) Wins: 139 (65.88%) Matches: 211 (0.27%)
Mind Invasion This skill now stuns harmful skills, instead of mental and ranged skills.
Note 2#: The rework of Uchiha Itachi (S) would still happen in this update, however, the update itself was already delayed since it was supposed to be released yesterday, so we couldn't be including him along with it.
